Sony is taking George Hotz and fail0verflow on the PS3 jailbreak and its release into the internet and circumventing security measures that Sony had put into place.The suit claims that Hotz and fail0verflow violated the Abuse Act, Digital Millenium, the Computer Fraud and Copyright Act, the Copyright Act and a couple other laws that are related to the California Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act.
