This is good news for gamers! Video games are now under the First Amendment of Free Speech! If you want to read the report, the link is here! If you have been paying attention to anything besides your screen, this case has been going on in California for quite some time and I feel that the ESRB is doing a sopt on job anyways with keeping violent games out of younger hands anyways.
