Pokemon Let’s Go Pikachu & Eevee has been announced for the Nintendo Switch and will have a price tag of $60. Players start in Pallet Town and meet Prof. Oak to catch all 151 original Pokemon. There will be elements of the original game, like Team Rocket. Players will be able to trade, but breeding/egg mechanic will not be available. Unlike the mainline games, there will not be a turn based battle system for catching Pokemon, but will be a spinoff of Pokemon Go catch system with the JoyCons. Regular battles between NPCs and players will have turn based battles. There will be two player co-op as well.
A new device that you can connect to Pokemon Go or the Switch is the Pokeball Plus that will have a neat catching mechanic.
