Today’s a sad day for Star Wars fans. Carrie Fisher has passed away from a heart attack after a flight from London to LA on December 23. Fisher’s daughter, Billie Lourd released a statement through a family spokesman saying Carrie Fisher passed away Tuesday morning in Los Angeles.
It is with a very deep sadness that Billie Lourd confirms that her beloved mother Carrie Fisher passed away at 8:55 this morning. She was loved by the world and she will be missed profoundly

So Amazon has finally expanded their Amazon Prime video service to Canada for the price of $79 per year and also have expanded their video service to over 200 countries around the world. Canadians will be able to access a free month of service and Quebec will include a free month on top of the 12 month subscription. They offer some older shows and some original content.
Nintendo and Build A Bear have partnered again and this time, Charmander will be available December 8. Nintendo and Build A Bear have partnered recently to bring Eevee and Pikachu. There is an online exclusive set that includes a lucario hoodie and Great Ball hoodie for Charmander and an exclusive Pokemon card for Build A Bear.
The British actor best known for his role in Star Wars as R2-D2 has died at the age of 81 after a long illness. He starred in Episodes 1-6 as R2-D2. He also starred in many other films like Flash Gordon and The Elephant man. Kenny Baker had done an amazing job bringing the character of Artoo to life. He will be sorely missed.
