Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword GDC Trailer

The new Skyward Sword trailer looks pretty good. It seems that the game is in the last stages of the development cycle. I’m definitely excited for this title to come out in Summer 2011

Wii Set to Deliver New IP for 2011

At a Japanese investors meeting yesterday Nintendo released a teaser site for a new original IP currently set for a spring 2011 release date in Japan. The game is called “Pandora’s Tower” and the teaser site features a picture of a girl with a tattoo on her back (which you can see here) she also speaks a few words (all in Japanese) before her picture comes into focus. Hopefully there will be a lot more information released for this game as its Japanese release date draws nearer. Looks like yet another Japanese Nintendo game to add to the list of 2011’s “We want this localized ASAP!!

The Last Story Localisation Killed by Sales?

As many fans of the RPG genre know, The Last Story is a Nintendo x Mistwalker production and many people had hoped for a localisation of this game for Europe and North America.

Sales for the first week were great for the game, and The Last Story was at #1 on the Japanese charts. But since then, they have dropped to 99,000 sold, down from the 118,953 that was sold during the first week. I’m hoping that the sales will pick up or at least stabilize at around this mark.

If you would like to see this game get localised, please sign the petition here!

What if Pokemon were all cosplaying girls?

Seems like this was the question in an Poke-artist’s (sure why not call them that), as they transformed all 493 Pokemon into cosplaying girls. Its a little dated as there are no new Pokemon from the Black and White versions on the DS ( this was made in 2008). Nonetheless, perhaps this will inspire a new meaning to the phrase Gotta Catch ’em All.
